With a down-to-earth and empathetic presence, Jessica invites clients to share personal stories, struggles, and aspirations. As an experienced and passionate licensed clinical social worker and therapist, Jessica is committed to guiding clients along transformative journeys toward harmony while recognizing the integration of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

With a lifelong passion for helping youth and families navigate challenges and discover true potentials, Jessica has worked in the fields of education, social services, and behavioral health specifically with adoption/foster care, immigration, and clinical mental health. Through her holistic approach to mental wellness, she creates a sanctuary for healing and growth where clients are empowered to become active participants to explore emotions, enhance coping strategies, overcome struggles, and discover inner strength and resilience. For children and youth with invisible scars, Jessica offers a healing and playful presence incorporating her work as a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner and educator.

Areas of treatment include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and issues related to adoption/foster care, immigration, relationships, and work/school stressors. She collaborates with clients (or together with a child’s caregiver) to develop personalized treatment plans using evidenced-based practices. Jessica offers cultural competence through her experiences working within diverse populations, both overseas and locally.
